Care of your customer

am so dissapointed with one of mobile phone provider in Indonesia. :@ In the first time when they are promote about their product, they said that theay are good (it is always like that, isn't it?). Then When I am complain, that I am dissapointed, they answer with a very polite answer. "Mam, if you are not satisfied with us, you can find another provider". That answer is without any offer to fix my problem. :o

I hate if some company do not care their customer. :#

So, if I can find another CDMA number, I will change as soon as possible :x
